MDK University Teaching Hospital — design & visualisation
Architectural and engineering design for a phased teaching hospital campus. Phase 1 delivers up to 21,000 sqm across two commissioning stages, covering emergency, inpatient and outpatient facilities — with full car parking, landscaping and residential staff quarters.

Communal Engineering Consultancy Limited serves as M&E Services Engineer for this landmark 32-storey luxury residential tower in Ikoyi, Lagos. The project is being delivered by CCECC (China Civil Engineering Corporation) as main contractor, with CRCC/CCECC Nigeria Ltd as client.
